Language barriers
Several nights now, I’ve heard the summer whisper
I’ve seen the maple at the last street light of the road wave it’s goodbye
Tepid winds has rather bluntly tousled my by birth and pure obstinate strait hair
a last time of life
I see to my lanterns, fill them with candles and wait for that evening, that time when it’s time
the technique gives me an opportunity to write you in a language you don’t understand
We don’t speak the same tongue
you and me
We don’t speak
you and me
But I can hear the summer whispering
See her waves of goodbye
Last years sister
how dissimilar they where
then our words didn’t have any boundaries
they blended with the laughter and joy
We spoke the same language
then
you and I
we spoke
then
you and I
About life
How perishable it is
as the whispers of the summer
the caressing goodbyes from the autumn winds
our winter was long
Entered our newly find treasure of life
As a converter from a future it altered our languages
Made us speechless
A high technology code machine without its key.
Maybe that’s what we are,
Scents guineapigs
What will happen when we no longer speak the same language
You and I
Faze one, we stopped talking,
You and I
the report says.
Comforted by the dying summer
as she still is fading out he, the winter does his practice by her side.
While the leafs still mediate the lukewarm words of the wind
How she comfort me I don’t know
So far I don’t know if next summer gives us another sister, that gives us communication
So we can talk
You and I.
